- All items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- To initiate a return, simply email us at [ info@zsjewelry.ae ] with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll provide you with a return label and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
REFUND :
- Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it to make sure it meets our return policy requirements. If everything checks out, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, and any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Also, personalized or custom-made and certified diamond items are not eligible for return.
